Those companies are not subject to the common comparability,
which destroys margins through increasing
price pressure. Forgery attempts by competitors will be continually avoided.
Today’s F&E-Management faces the challenge of focusing the development and innovation power in a way that maximizes the impact of innovations (effectiveness) as well as a the speed of development in order to achieve a the previously mentioned maximization of customer value. On the other hand, the F&E-Efficiency must be increased in order to minimize the usage or the waste of resources.
Hence an increased need for the integrative optimization of F&E-Effectiveness and F&E-Efficiency exists. Here it is of greatest importance to methodically incorporate and holistically optimize all elements of the F&E- and innovation management. The inherent complexity must be managed in interaction of the different facettes.
Our methods regarding the development and innovation management are based on the holistic approach of the St. Galler management concept. They include new developed Lean Management principles.
